Limited edition 200g cakes (only 25 pieces in total) made from the "Royal" 1,480-year-old tree from the He Kai (Xishuangbanna) region, by Wang Bo Shi, April 2023. This year, at our long-standing request, the master was able to secure just over 5 kg of Mao Cha from this legendary tree, growing at the very entrance to the ancient He Kai garden!
Fresh tea has a vibrant flavor with a lingering astringency, a powerful tonic Cha Qi, and can withstand more than 10 full steeps. We do not recommend drinking it at night.
An excellent option for long-term aging; its organoleptic characteristics and benefits will only improve with time!
