"Xiao Ban Zhang" (Small Ban Zhang) – from the Bulang Shan mountain region, near the legendary village of Lao Ban Zhang.
This product is made from the leaves and buds of a 600-year-old ancient tea tree, grown at an altitude of over 1,800 meters above sea level (a single-origin).
An excellent entry point to Ban Zhang green pu-erh teas, this tea already yields over 10 full steeps, and with prolonged steeping, it becomes bitter, turning into a sweet, astringent aftertaste (characteristic only of teas from this region).
