This product is made exclusively from the top leaves of the spring harvest of one of the most ancient tea trees in this region (Dan Zhu Gu Shu), over 1,300 years old!
This tea is completely ready for immediate consumption; its powerful Cha Qi is noticeable from the very first cup. The tart aftertaste, turning to sweetness – the hallmark of the original Sheng Pu'er from Lao Ban Zhang – can withstand more than 10 full steeps.
