A rare white tea from an 1,800-year-old wild (Yeshen) tea tree in the Lincang region of Yunnan Province. This tea was prepared using a special Japanese technology in April 2023.
Essentially, this is Bai Cha Shai Hong, or sun-dried white tea, combining the characteristics of both white and red teas!
It has an extremely unusual taste and aroma, reminiscent of mango, melon, and other exotic fruits. A very powerful and meditative Cha Qi, this tea is ideal for drinking alone. Even a small amount provides up to 10 or more full infusions.
Due to the extremely small number of leaves harvested from this wild tree and the use of a unique Japanese technology in its production, this tea is a true treasure among collectors and connoisseurs!
