One of our most exciting new products is a white tea cake from an 1,800-year-old wild tea tree (Yeshen Gu Shu) from the Lincang region of Yunnan Province.
Produced in 2018, the raw material used is the sun-dried leaves of this ancient giant, along with the buds (the two different types of raw materials are clearly visible in the photo).
The additional pressing into a cake shape enhances fermentation and improves the shelf life of this product!
When dry, it has the aroma of a fine white wine. It withstands numerous infusions and carries a powerful meditative Cha Qi.
