One of the rare new releases of 2024 is sun-dried white tea (Gu Shu Bai Cha), made from a single, 1,000-year-old, ancient tree from the Lao Ban Jan region.
It's typically very difficult to obtain this quality of Gu Shu material in white tea; over 90% of the leaves from these thousand-year-old trees are used to make Sheng (green pu-erh). This tree grows at an altitude of over 1,900 meters above sea level.
Limited to just 35 cakes weighing 200 grams, this tea is ideal for long-term aging!
